The main working mechanism of the labeling machine is composed of a label supply device, a label take device, a printing device, a gluing device and an interlocking device.
Regular inspection and maintenance of the labeling machine: To check the machine regularly, keep the machine running normally, and know how to clean the inside of the labeling machine, including but not limited to the following aspects.
1) Clean up discarded paper scraps and sundries.
2) Clean the residual oil on the photosensitive drum and the edge.
3) Clean the sensor lens with a soft brush or soft cloth.
4) Replace the fuse regularly. The labeler uses AC power. Use a fuse to protect against overload.
5) Anti-rust, spray anti-rust oil on stainless steel and iron parts, and wipe gently with a soft cloth. It is recommended to use 0M-40 anti-rust oil
6) After replacing the secondary and intermediate filters, thoroughly clean the inner wall panels, fans, heaters, coolers and diffusers of the air conditioning unit, and wipe off dust, dirt and oil. Then install the main efficiency and intermediate efficiency.
7) The inside of the system should be cleaned every half a month. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth first, then clean thoroughly with a dry cloth.
8) When replacing the high-efficiency filter, please wipe the four frames and the surroundings where the filter is installed with a clean damp cloth, and repeat 3 times. Please install the high efficiency filter immediately after wiping. The high-efficiency filter should be unpacked on site and installed immediately after inspection by the labeling machine to prevent dust from falling into the filter.
Precautions when cleaning the labeling machine
1) Do not use cleaning tools that may damage the surface of the machine.
2) Do not use corrosive plastic utensils.
3) Do not use acidic solution.
